Michael Jordan > July 28 - Over the Simplon Pass for an ugly ride to Milano - main roads, lotsa traffic. Say bye-bye to motorcycle. Back to work on Monday.
Michael Jordan > July 27 - Had a strong desire for a final Ramseier Apfelsaft, so it's ack to Andermatt. Took three tries to find a hotel with an open room.
Michael Jordan > July 26 - France to Italy to France. Wind up in Praz sur Arly for the night. High point is the Col du Finestre, a mostly dirt pass with a great fort climbing up the spine out of Fenestelle.
Michael Jordan > July 25 - Vinadio, Italy to Guillestre, France. Today's a 7 pass day. The morning started out in a thunderstorm on the Passo Lombarda (I LOVE being above the treeline in a lightning storm) and wound up racing another T-Storm from the Col du Vars into Guillestre. I won. Lovely (if pricey) hotel.
